
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef steak (sliced thinly against the grain)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (optional)
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (optional, minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp oil (for frying)
- 100 ml beef broth or water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes

Instructions:
- Mix sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little black pepper. Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok until very hot. Sear the beef quickly until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and cook for a few minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan. Add oyster sauce and a splash of broth.
- Stir everything together and cook until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot, ideally with rice or noodles.
