- ΒΌ cup beef broth (or water)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Β½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)

- Marinate beef: Toss sliced beef with all marinade ingredients. Rest 10β15 minutes.
- Heat pan: Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat; add oil.
- Sear beef: Add beef in a single layer. Sear quickly (1β2 minutes per side) until just browned. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry veggies: In the same pan, add peppers and onions. Stir-fry 2β3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Combine: Return beef to pan. Stir in sauce. Cook 1β2 minutes until thick and glossy.
- Serve sizzling: Taste and adjust pepper. Serve hot.
