  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a baking dish, spread the shredded cabbage and onion.

  4. Slice the bacon and place it over the cabbage.
  5. Arrange the hurka on top of the cabbage bed.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until the top is slightly crispy.
  8. Serve hot straight from the oven.
