  • 400 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g butter (cold, cubed)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3–4 tbsp sour cream

For the filling:

  • 1 kg apples (peeled and grated)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add butter and rub until crumbly.
  2. Add egg and sour cream, then knead into a smooth dough. Divide into two portions and chill for 30 minutes.
