Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce

🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Linguine

  • Boil salted water.
  • Cook linguine until al dente.
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain the rest.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Chicken

  1. Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter + olive oil in a skillet.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds (don’t burn it).
  5. Remove chicken and keep warm.

3️⃣ Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream + milk.
  4. Simmer 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan.
  5. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  6. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.

4️⃣ Combine Everything

  • Add the cooked linguine into the Alfredo sauce.
  • Toss until coated.
  • Add the garlic butter chicken back into the pan.
  • Mix gently.

🌿 Optional Add-Ins

  • Mushrooms sautéed in butter
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli florets
  • Chili flakes
  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan (always a YES!)

🍽️ Serve With:

✔ Garlic bread
✔ Green salad
✔ Roasted veggies
✔ A squeeze of lemon on top (amazing balance!)
