Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally (to make 4 thin cutlets)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Β½ cups heavy cream
- Β½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a little kick)
For the pasta:
- 12 oz (340 g) linguine
- 1 tbsp butter (to toss after cooking)
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
