  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy (5–10 minutes).
  2. Add flour, salt, and oil; mix into a soft dough.
  3. Knead until smooth (5–8 minutes).
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide into balls and stretch into flat rounds.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Rub with garlic, add sour cream and cheese, and serve warm.
