Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef
    • In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
    • Drain excess fat and transfer to your slow cooker.
  2. Add Vegetables & Base
    • Add potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, cream soup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
    • Stir to combine.
  3. Slow Cook
    • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the Creaminess
    • About 30 minutes before serving, stir in butter, milk, and shredded cheese.
    • Mix well and let everything melt together into a rich, cheesy soup.
  5. Serve
    • Ladle into bowls and top with bacon bits, extra cheese, or chopped green onions.

  • For a smoky twist, use smoked cheddar or gouda.
