- Salt, for boiling water
For the Alfredo sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Β½ cup (120 g) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the seafood mixture:
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Β½ lb (225 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Β½ lb (225 g) crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
