π Ingredients
- 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
- 2 cans tuna (drained, flaked)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ΒΌ cup olive oil or melted butter
- Β½ cup grated cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella β optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or herbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

- Prepare bread
Place bread cubes in a large bowl. - Mix filling
Add tuna, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently. - Wet mixture
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and oil/butter.
Pour over bread mixture and toss to combine. - Assemble
Grease a baking dish or mold. Press mixture firmly into it.
Sprinkle cheese on top if using. - Bake
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 30β35 minutes, until golden and set. - Serve
Let rest 5 minutes, unmold or slice, and enjoy warm.
