- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Filling:
- Apricot jam or any jam
- or chocolate cream / whipped cream
Instructions:
- Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
- Whisk egg yolks with sugar until light and creamy.
- Gently fold in flour and egg whites.
- Spread batter on a baking tray lined with paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until light golden.
- Turn out onto a clean towel, remove paper, and roll while warm.
- Let cool, then unroll and spread filling.
- Roll again tightly and slice.
