- Divide the dough into two portions. Roll out one portion and place it into the baking pan.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the dough to absorb excess juice.
- Arrange sliced plums evenly on top.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the plums.
- Roll out the second dough portion and place it over the filling, or create a lattice top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
