  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1–2 smoked sausages (like Hungarian kolbász), sliced

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in paprika (remove from heat briefly to prevent burning).
  4. Add bell peppers and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Mix in tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and juicy.
  7. If using, add sliced sausage and cook an additional 5 minutes.
