  • 400 g flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Cream

  • 500 ml milk
  • 120 g sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat honey, butter, and sugar until melted.
  2. Remove from heat, add eggs and baking soda, then mix in flour to make dough.
  3. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll into thin layers.
  4. Bake each layer at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes.
  5. For cream, cook milk, sugar, and flour until thick. Let cool, then mix with butter and vanilla.
  6. Spread cream between layers and stack them.
  7. Dust the top with powdered sugar.
  8. Refrigerate 4–6 hours before cutting.
