Instructions:
- Make the dough:
- Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add flour and salt, mix into a soft dough.
- Wrap and chill 1–2 hours.
- Shape the cookies:
- Roll dough thin on a floured surface.
- Cut into small squares.
- Place a spoon of filling in the center of each.
- Fold two opposite corners to the center and press gently to seal.
- Bake:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Finish:
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
