
Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 250 g butter (cold, cubed)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pinch salt
Fillings:
- Apricot jam
- Ground walnuts mixed with sugar
- Poppy seed filling
- Prune or plum jam
For topping:
- Powdered sugar

Instructions:
- Mix flour, butter, cream cheese, egg yolks, and salt into a smooth dough.
- Wrap and chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.
- Cut into small squares.
- Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square.
- Fold corners over or roll into crescent shapes.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely and dust generously with powdered sugar
