Ingredients

  • 3–4 apples, peeled, cored, sliced into rings

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a smooth batter.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Dip apple slices into batter, coating well.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
