- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix meat, spinach, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and seasonings.
- Shape into meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
Sauce
5. In a pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
6. Pour in cream, simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Finish
7. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
