Cheesy Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

📝 Ingredients

• 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
• 1 bag (750–900g) frozen hashbrown potatoes (shredded or diced)
• 1 can cream of chicken soup (295g)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 small onion, diced (optional)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Topping (optional but amazing)

• 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

1. Mix the Base

1. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir in chicken and hashbrowns.
3. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
