Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups tapioca flour (starch)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk, oil, and salt until just boiling.
  2. Pour over the tapioca flour and mix well.
  3. Let it cool slightly, then add eggs and mix.
  4. Add grated cheese and mix until dough forms.
  5. Shape small balls and place on a baking tray.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until puffed and lightly golden
