
🧾 Ingredients:
- 800 g pork (shoulder or stew meat), cubed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil or lard
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp hot paprika (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped (or 2 tbsp tomato paste)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
- Water or broth as needed

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Heat oil or lard in a pot and sauté onions until soft and golden.
- Remove from heat, add paprika, and stir quickly.
- Add the pork and mix well to coat with the onion-paprika base.
- Return to heat, add garlic, tomato, and green pepper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
- Add a little water or broth, cover, and simmer on low heat.
- Cook for about 60–90 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
