🧾 Ingredients:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil (for frying)

For topping (classic):

  • 2–3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 150 g grated cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Activate yeast:
    Mix yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  1. Make the dough:
    In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add yeast mixture and oil, then knead into a soft dough.

  1. Let it rise:
    Cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.

  1. Shape:
    Divide dough into portions.
  2. Stretch each piece into a flat round (slightly thicker edges, thinner center).

  1. Fry:
    Heat oil in a deep pan.
