Instructions:

  1. Make the dough:
    • Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add flour and salt, mix into a soft dough.
    • Wrap and chill 1–2 hours.
  2. Shape the cookies:
    • Roll dough thin on a floured surface.
    • Cut into small squares.
    • Place a spoon of filling in the center of each.
    • Fold two opposite corners to the center and press gently to seal.
  3. Bake:
    • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    • Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
