1οΈβ£ Mix the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine: flour + salt + instant yeast.
- Pour in warm water.
- Mix with a spoon until it forms a sticky dough.
No kneading needed!
2οΈβ£ First Rise
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel.
- Let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.
3οΈβ£ Shape
- Dust the counter with a little flour.
- Gently shape the dough into a ball or loaf (donβt overwork it).
4οΈβ£ Second Rise
- Place onto a baking sheet or inside a loaf pan.
- Let it rest for 20β30 minutes while the oven preheats.
5οΈβ£ Bake
- Preheat oven to 220Β°C / 425Β°F.
- Bake for 25β30 minutes or until golden and crisp on top.
π Tips for a Perfect Loaf
β For extra fluffiness: add 1 tbsp sugar or honey (still counts as optional).
β For a crispy rustic crust: place a small tray of hot water on the bottom of the oven.
β For extra flavor: sprinkle sesame seeds on top (still optional, not part of the 4 ingredients).
