Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast (cut into pieces)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Β½ cup plain yogurt (or light sour cream)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sautΓ© onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
