1. Prepare the bread
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread completely.
- Place a mozzarella stick at one end.
- Roll tightly like a burrito, sealing the edge by pressing gently (you can use a bit of water or egg to help seal).
2. Prepare the coating
- In one bowl: beat the eggs.
- In another bowl: mix breadcrumbs + garlic powder + paprika + salt + pepper.
3. Bread the rolls
- Dip each roll into the egg mixture.
- Roll it in breadcrumbs until completely coated.
4. Fry
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry rolls until golden-brown and crispy on all sides (about 1–2 minutes each).
- Place on paper towels to drain.
5. Serve
- Best served hot with marinara sauce, garlic sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo.
