  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g butter (cold, cubed)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt

For the filling:

  • 200 g ground walnuts (or poppy seeds / apricot jam)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–4 tbsp milk (if using nut filling)

For finishing:

  • Powdered sugar

    In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
