
🧾 Ingredients:
- 400 g sour cherries (fresh or jarred, pitted & drained)
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter (softened)
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare batter:
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. - Gradually fold into the batter until smooth.
- Assemble:
Pour batter into a greased baking pan. - Spread evenly, then arrange sour cherries on top (press lightly into batter).
🔥 Bake:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
