1 kg pork ribs, cut into pieces
2 onions, chopped
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp oil or lard
2 tsp Hungarian paprika
1 tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
500 ml water or broth
