Apple Cake That Melts in Your Mouth

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass milk (about 240 ml)
  • 1 glass sugar
  • 2 glasses all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 glass vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Fold in sliced apples.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
