Strawberry Cream Dessert (Easy Mousse Cups)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or whipping cream)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or cream cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Strawberry pieces for topping

Instructions:

  1. Blend strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whip the cream until fluffy.
  3. Mix condensed milk + yogurt (or cream cheese).
  4. Add strawberry puree and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  6. Spoon into cups or a bowl.
  7. Chill for 1–2 hours.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries before serving
