
๐ญ๐บ Hungarian Pancakes โ Palacsinta
๐งพ Ingredients:
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 100 ml sparkling water (optional, for lighter texture)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet version)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter

๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sparkling water, sugar (if using), and salt.
- Gradually add flour while whisking to get a smooth, thin batter.
- Stir in oil or melted butter. Let the batter rest for 15โ20 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to form a thin layer.
Cook for about 1โ2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
