Hungarian Galuska (Nokedli) 🇭🇺

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Add eggs and water, stir into a soft, sticky dough.
  3. Bring salted water to a boil.
  4. Drop small pieces of dough into the water.
  5. Cook until they float (2–3 minutes).
  6. Remove and drain.
