Ginger Garlic Honey Mix

🔹 Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion (finely grated or chopped)
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ to 1 cup raw honey (enough to cover mixture)

🔹 Instructions:

  1. Combine onion, ginger, and garlic in a clean jar.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Pour honey over the mixture until fully covered.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Seal and let sit for 12–24 hours in the fridge before using.
