Ingredients

  • 400 g ground meat (chicken or beef)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs or soaked bread
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
