Ingredients

Cake

Topping

  • 1–1Β½ cups M&M’s (regular or mini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease and line 2 round pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Slowly add hot coffee/water and mix (batter will be thin).
  5. Divide batter into pans and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.
  7. Frost cake and generously cover the top (and sides if you like) with M&M’s.
  8. Chill 20 minutes before serving for clean slices.
