Soft, rich, and perfectly sweet β this classic banana bread stays moist for days and is super easy to make!
π Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- Β½ cup melted butter (or oil)
- ΒΎ cup sugar (white or brown)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with melted butter.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined (donβt overmix).
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake 50β60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy!
