Ingredients
- 2 medium apples (sweet ones like Fuji or Gala work best)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats (or quick oats)
- Β½ teaspoon baking powder
- Β½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2β3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional if your apples are very sweet)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: a handful of nuts, raisins, or walnuts for texture
